7/3/20 - This is an all matching and original Spreewerk P.38 that was made for the German Army in March of 1945. It has the cog hammer and common rough machining of late-war Spreewerks. The profile of the pistol is fairly nice with some notable wear to the left side of the barrel, but the grip frame shows considerable thinning and oxidation. Terrific bore and minty brown grips. De-cocker works but this pistol does need a thorough cleaning as it is a bit stiff due to some dried grease inside. Comes with a postwar French holster.
