7/23/21 - This is an original MA Lithgow S.M.L.E. III* that was made in 1945. It's in very good condition, with all matching numbers throughout. Matching numbers on bolt handle, receiver, bayonet lug. Original finish shows some dulling/patina but no major areas of wear. Excellent stock with sharp markings, and reads 'MAO SMLE III* HV 1945' on right side. Includes canvas sling. Bore has pronounced rifling but is heavily frosted throughout.
