5/26/21 - This is a nice example of a Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military proofs. It has an fnh barrel. It has retained about 93-94% of its original finish. There is minor wear on the front strap, top of the barrel, front edges of the slide, and around the muzzle. While there isn't much actual finish loss, there are areas of significant pitting around the muzzle, right side of the slide, and trigger guard. There is heavy spotty oxidation and patina on the front strap. Light rust on the rear sight. Comes with excellent grips and a Walther magazine. The bore has some light freckling, otherwise minty. De-cocker is functional.
