SOLD - 1943 PAL WW2 Rifle Bayonet - Uncut

3/19/18 - This is an original WW2 PAL made rifle bayonet. The bayonet is dated 1943 and maker stamped on one side of the blade. The blade has some light speckling but no signs of sharpening nor any major flaws. The blade is excellent overall. The black handles and scabbard are also excellent. The scabbard is USN MK I stamped, but research tells me that these were used by the marines. Some research books claim that the USN stamped scabbards are not correct, but experts say that supply was short on scabbards so marines (and even some US army) were given these USN marked scabbards. Guaranteed original and authentic.
