1/15/21 - This is a nice example of a Mauser Luger P.08 issued to the Nazi military in 1942. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 135" military proofs. This gun has retained roughly 80-85% of its bluing. The most obvious sign of wear is spotty wear on both straps. There is also wear around the muzzle, side plate, and high edges of the frame. There is spotty oxidation throughout, most noticeable on the straps, side plate, and muzzle. It comes with nice matching grips and a period-correct black widow magazine. The bore is excellent - shiny with strong rifling with just minor freckling in the grooves.
