8/13/20 - This is a complete Walther P.38 rig from September of 1941. It's a second variation pistol with high-polish blue but no 'ac' proof on trigger guard. The pistol has about 85-90% of the original blue remaining with thinning on the front strap, barrel and slide edges. The left side of the slide also has some freckling and oxidation throughout. Excellent bore and good mechanics. E/359 proofs on all small parts, including the grips. One magazine is Mauser made, the other is Spreewerk. Excellent and rare 1941 dated holster. It's a hardshell example with crisp waffenamt and E.K.St. maker mark.
