8/12/21 - Original and great condition. All steel, stamped construction buckle with leather tab. Maker stamped and dated on the tab, however, it is very faint. The interior of the buckle is stamped "H.A. 41" Small tear in the leather at the center of the claw. Stitching is tight and secure.
