7/1/21 - This is a very nice example of a Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1940. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military proofs throughout. It has retained about 90-91% of its finish. There is minor wear around the high edges of the slide and around the muzzle. Thinning on the front strap. While there isn't a ton of actual finish loss, there is spotty oxidation on the whole gun. Comes with excellent matching grips and a period-correct mismatched magazine. The bore has good rifling with freckling throughout. De-cocker is functional.
