4/24/17 - This is a police Mauser Banner luger, manufactured in 1940. It has all matching small parts, and is Eagle/L proofed on the right side of the frame. The original finish rates at about 95%, with very little finish loss (high edges) but a patch of patina showing through on the left side of the frame. It has a police E/L marked Haenel magazine, but the magazine is numbered to a different pistol. The grips are unnumbered but appear original to the gun, as they are a near-perfect fit. Minty bore - 9/10.
