SOLD - 1940 42 Code Luger - 2 Digit Serial

10/2/17 - This is a 1940 WW2 production Mauser Luger. The pistol is all original configuration with all parts matching (except for the magazine). The grips aren't number stamped, but they're both correctly eagle/655 proofed and in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. The finish on this pistol is beautiful, with only minor thinning on the back strap, small spot on the front strap, and some thinning on the right side of the pistol - the photos accurately show the condition. The bore is excellent with strong rifling we rated at 9/10. The magazine is "fxo" and eagle/37 proofed with a 3 digit serial, while the pistol is a desirable 2 serial number gun - "26 b". Guaranteed original and authentic.
