12/11/18 - This Luger rig comes directly from the family of the veteran who captured it, and is being presented in the same configuration as he captured it in. The pistol is in excellent condition and 1938 dated, with the original matching magazine and grips. The bluing rates at about 95 -96% with thinning on the straps and standard holster wear. Beautiful bore. The vet scratched his last name into the holster, which is also 1938 dated. His surname is also faintly visible on the original customs tag that remains on the holster. The holster shows some age and wear but no major flaws. Comes with a period original spare magazine. No tool is present.
