10/15/19 - This is an original Mauser P.08 made in 1937 for use during WW2. The pistol is known as a "1st variation" due to the straw parts, which were all blued later during 1937 production. The straw finish is mostly worn off on this pistol however, yet this is a common flaw. The pistol overall rates at about 94-96% condition. There is some minor patina and finish loss on the straps as well as side plate, edges of the frame, and muzzle. The bore is in great condition as well with strong rifling, but there is some minor patina. All correct and original, including matching numbered grips!
