9/26/18 - This is a very interesting an unique 1918 DWM Luger that was later re-issued to the Police after WW1. The pistol comes with an original matching numbered magazine, matching numbered holster, and matching numbered tool. The holster and tool were likely unit stamped after the pistol was received and reworked (with the sear safety) in the police armory. The pistol is in great shape with some wear on the side plate and light bluing loss on the barrel. The straps are excellent, only showing trace amounts of browning / patina. Overall we rate at about 96% condition. The bore is excellent with minimal wear - a 9 out 10 overall. The grps are marked on the interior with "78" and the magazine has a small scuff mark, but ends in number "78" as well (matching from what we can see). The holster and tool are in great shape - the holster has been embellished with uniform emblems. Guaranteed all original and authentic.
