5/5/21 - This is a nice example of a Dreyse Model 1907 issued to the Imperial German Army in 1917. This gun is being sold on consignment. The consignor put together a very cool assembly to accompany the gun that includes a labeled hard case, a repro Imperial flag, a wound badge, and a 1914-dated Iron cross. The gun is all matching and has the proper Imperial proof on the right side. It has retained roughly 75% of its original finish. There is spotty wear throughout, concentrated on the straps, slide, around the muzzle, and high edges of the frame. Areas of freckling and spotty oxidation throughout. The screw on the left side of the frame is buggered up. Comes with nice grips and a period-correct magazine. The bore is excellent - shiny with strong rifling.
