4/21/22 - This is a very nice example of a WW1 Erfurt Luger P.08 issued to the German Army in 1916. The gun is all matching and has the correct German Imperial military proofs. It has retained about 92-93% of its bluing. There is wear on the side plate, on the high edges of the slide, on the front edges of the frame, on the toggle, and at the base of both straps. There is pin-pricking here and there, most noticeable on the barrel and straps. Tiny dots of oxidation here and there. The gun comes with post-war replacement grips and a WW2-era aluminum-bottom magazine. The bore has decent rifling, but there is minor pitting throughout.
