7/17/19 - This is a very nice, all original WW1 production Luger holster. The front of the holster leather has a "R. NAGEL & Co" maker stamp and 1915 date stamp. There are no other stamps on the holster. The leather is in tact and in nice condition, although there are a couple surface scars on the front. There is some minor surface wrinkling in a few places, but no notable cracking in the leather. The stitching is all in tact as well. The interior leather is very clean and crisp with a secure lift strap. The tool pouch closure stud is present, but is torn from the pouch. Personalized under the lid "Sillen" and what appears to be a unit number. Looks period, but we can not confirm that. The belt loops are a slightly different color so they may have been replaced in the past. Guaranteed original.
