12/14/17 - Here we have a great example of an early 1913 dated Imperial German Luger, made at the Erfurt arsenal. This is an early, desirable variation without stock lug that retains 97% of its original blue. It is a complete rig with a 1910 dated, unit and maker marked holster and both original matched magazines. Quality of the early Erfurt made Lugers rivaled the quality of the DWM production and this gun exhibits beautiful rust blue with just minimal holster wear on high points. It is all matching, including the grips and all small parts. Very nice bore. There is a small chip on one of the magazine wood bottoms that does not detract from the rarity of such complete specimen. Comes with an original pre-WWI disassembly tool as well - just an incredible as issued rig.
