5/31/19 - This is a 1908 Navy Luger that was reworked after the Great War era. The pistol is all matching but was refurbished at some point. Bluing is excellent but likely redone, and side plate is a later refinish as it does not match the finish on the rest of the pistol. The toggle features the adjustable Navy sight, while the receiver shows the naval Crown/M proofs, and back strap features the naval property number that would've been seen on later Navy variants. The front sight is '1917' marked, but the barrel was shortened at some point, likely to comply with treaties. Barrel is also Crown/M marked. The magazine is a Nazi era example that has no serial but was likely ground down. Grips are not numbered. Some pitting is present on the pistol, mostly on the right side rail.
