9/14/17 - This is one of the approximately 5,000 Model 1906 DWM Lugers made for the Royal Portuguese Army. The Royal Portuguese Crest of Manuel II is present on top of the chamber, with the DWM scroll marking on the toggle and "CARREGADA" is marked on the extractor. A triangle in a circle is marked on the rear of frame and barrel underside. All parts are matching with the serial number on the frame and barrel, takedown latch, side plate, and toggle links. Grips are proper and unnumbered. This contract was for 5,000 Lugers in 30 caliber, and without the lug stock. The original finish is about 90%, with some thinning/finish loss on the straps. All matching gun with correct magazine - triangle in a circle proof. Minty bore.
