SOLD - 1906 DWM Commercial Luger

4/25/18 - This is a very nice Commercial DWM luger, model 1906.   The 1906 is distinguished by the grip safety and no lug stock.  The original finish covers about 94-95% of the gun, and there is minor oxidation to the finish.  This is no rust or pitting as the metal is still smooth to the touch, but it just looks like splotchy spotting to the finish on the grip straps and some high edge areas.   Overall, a nice looking gun for being over 100 years old.   All numbered parts on the gun are matching and the wood bottom magazine is blank - which is correct for this gun.   The small parts have a nice straw color to them, except for the safety lever as that has mostly worn straw.  The extended barrel is .30 caliber luger, and the bore is worn and frosted.  No import marks and no GERMANY marking.
