9/29/21 - This is a nice example of a Walther PPK issued to the Nazi police force in 1940-41. The gun is all matching, has the proper "Eagle N" proofs, and has a police "Eagle C" marking on the left side of the frame. It has retained roughly 75-80% of its original finish. There is spotty scratchy wear throughout on the slide, concentrated around the high edges, round edges, and around the muzzle. There is thinning, some spotty oxidation, and areas with minor pits on the front strap. Comes with an excellent brown Walther grip and a banner-only magazine. The bore is shiny with strong rifling, but there are areas of spotty oxidation.
