9/28/21 - This is an excellent example of a Mosin-Nagant M91/30 bolt action sniper rifle issued to the Soviet military in 1942. It is all matching, but there is a new electro-penciled serial number on the receiver, indicating that the gun has been re-worked after WW2. Import mark on the barrel. The gun comes equipped with a scope mount and a 91/30 scope (excellent, clear optics). It also comes with a cleaning rod, a green canvas sling, and a leather scope cover. The gun has retained virtually all of its finish with some discoloration on the barrel and some freckling on the receiver. The stock is not numbered but in excellent condition. The bore has decent rifling with minor pin-pricking throughout. NOTE: To be clear, this is a postwar put-together by arsenal or exporter. It's not a correct PU sniper.
