9/17/21 - This is a minty example of a Walther PP issued to the Nazi military toward the end of WW2, in 1944. The slide and frame are mismatched (common late war), but it has the proper "Waffen 359" military acceptance proofs on the slide and frame. It comes with minty scarce late-war wood grips and correct wartime magazine. The gun has retained about 97% of its original finish. There just a hint of thinning on the front strap, a hint of wear around the muzzle, and some tiny handling marks here and there, most noticeable on the left side of the slide. Mint bore.
