9/17/21 - This is an excellent example of a scarce Mauser Model 1934 issued to the Nazi military in 1940-41. This gun would have been produced just before the factory switched over to HSC production, around 1940-1941. It is proofed on the back left side of the frame with Eagle/655 and a test-fire eagle stamp. There were only about 8,000 of these pistols issued in this way. This one is all matching and has retained about 95% of its original finish. There is wear around the muzzle, hints of wear on the top of the slide, and an area of spotty wear on the right side of the slide. There is also a streak of wear on the front strap. Comes with an excellent wood grip and a period-correct magazine. Minty bore. The slide does not lock back with this magazine.
