9/14/21 - This is a mint example of a very late Spreewerk P.38 made at the end of WW2, in March of 1945. It has a late "a" serial number, all matching, and has only one "Eagle 88" military proof on the right side of the slide, indicating it was never actually issued to the Nazi military. There is an East Germany sunburst proof on the left side of the slide, indicating that this gun was sent to the VOPO after WW2. It has retained virtually all of its finish with just a hint of wear on the front edges of the slide. Comes with excellent grips and a period-correct un-marked magazine. The bore is excellent - shiny with strong rifling. De-cocker is functional.
