9/13/21 - This is a very nice example of a Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1943. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs. It has retained about 93-94% of its finish. Most of the finish loss is on the front strap, so the profile views are very nice. Patina on the front strap as well. Minor wear on the high edges of the slide and around the muzzle. A few dots of discoloration at the front of the left side of the slide. Some areas of very minor spotty wear on both sides of the slide. Comes with excellent grips and a period-correct Mauser magazine. Excellent bore with very minor freckling in the grooves. De-cocker and safety are functional.
