8/18/21 - This is a very nice example of an FN Browning Model 1922 sold in the commercial market during WW2. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle N" commercial proofs. It also has a "Shooting Man" logo on the right side of the slide indicating it was shipped to the retailer Akah for resale. Comes with excellent black bakelite grips and a period-correct phosphate magazine. It has retained roughly 80% of its bluing. There is wear around the high edges and around the muzzle. Scratchy wear on the left side of the slide and frame. Some oxidation in the same area. Minor thinning on both straps. Mint bore.
