8/9/21 - This is a very nice example of a Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1945. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military proofs. The serial number has no letter suffix. The gun has a proper late-war cog-style hammer. Most of the finish loss is on the front strap, but there are also hints of wear on the front edges of the slide and around the muzzle. Minor wear on the top of the barrel through the ejection port. Some small spots of oxidation on the top and right side of the slide and on the barrel. Comes with excellent late-war grips and a proper Walther magazine. The bore is excellent - shiny with strong rifling. De-cocker is functional.
