8/2/21 - This is a nice example of a Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1941. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military proofs throughout, even on the small parts. It also comes with one original matching magazine. It has retained roughly 85% of its original high polish finish. Most of the finish loss is on the front strap, but there is also wear on the high edges of the slide, the barrel, and around the muzzle. Areas of splotchy discoloration and minor pitting on the right side of the slide. Comes with excellent waffen-proofed grips. The bore has good rifling with spotty freckling throughout. De-cocker is functional.
