11/12/18 - This is an original BYF 44 Mauser P.38 from WW2. The pistol is in about 94-95% overall condition with a nice wartime finish. Most of the wear is on the front strap, with the remainder being light edge wear on muzzle and slide - as shown photos. The bore is excellent with only very light wear - a 9 out of 10 overall. The "byf" stamp on the slide is faint, but definitely original. Very nice reddish colored bakelite grips and jvd proofed magazine. Guaranteed all original and fully functional.
