10/20/21 - This is an original NSFK table award from early / pre WW2. Comes with the original case. Inside the case is an identification card - supposedly to the member who received this award. Bronze with some mild patina, but overall in great condition. Numbered on the reverse as shown. The case is in great condition with no major issues.
