7/3/19 - This is an original Walther PP made just before WWII really got underway. We have a 1936 production Walther PP with early features such as a high polish finish and a 90 degree safety. The pistol, we believe, is police and has consequently been unit number stamped on the left side of the frame, "241". The finish is about 90-93% overall, with no major issues, but some light finish loss in the typical areas. Front and back straps have discoloration and finish loss. The slide has finish loss and discoloration as well due to aging. The upper left area of the slide on the left side is an area to note wear, as well as near the ejection port. Smooth action and fully functional with an excellent bore that rates 9/10.
