9/12/19 - This is an original P.38 end-of-war production magazine. The magazine is stamped with "P.38 U" on the left side. The follower is ribbed as well, which is another late war feature. The finish on the magazine is a little rough, as shown in photos. This spotty discoloration is mostly on the left side of the magazine and doesn't appear to be rust. Strong, fully functional spring.
