8/17/20 - This is an original artillery luger shoulder stock from WW1. The stock is not imperial proof stamped, but it is numbered on the metal attachment piece "6556". There's also a "379" stamped into the wood near the butt-end. No other proof stamps or markings. The wood is in great condition despite having two small chips along one edge, as shown. The metal has minor patina but overall is in great condition.
