7/23/20 - This is an original and fully functional speed loading device from WW1. The tool is stamped on one side with an imperial proof stamp. No other markings. The finish is in great shape throughout the device, but the finish is relatively rough throughout. There is also some light browning / patina in various areas. Fits onto a snail drum magazine for faster loading.
