6/26/20 - This is an original 1917 L.F.&C. US fighting knife from WW1. The knife comes with an original scabbard, which is maker marked by JEWELL and dated 1918. The tip of the scabbard is very slightly bent, but this doesn't affect functionality. Excellent condition overall with very nice bluing and proper stamps on the metal ends. The blade is similarly excellent, with very minimal finish loss on the blade, only light scabbard wear. The wood handle has one small chip - shown in photos. Very hard to find in this condition.
