SOLD - Mismatched K98 Bayonet

5/15/18 - This is an original WW2 production K98 Rifle bayonet. The blade is 1941 dated and the scabbard is 1942 dated. The blade is blued and in excellent condition with normal, light bluing loss but no major rust or signs of sharpening. The blade is serial numbered 1452r and the reverse side is 41 dated with an "asw" maker code. The handle has light surface rust and discoloration on the metal parts and the handle has waffen WaA883 acceptance stamps. The scabbard is 42 dated with a fnj maker code and serial numbered 280r on the reverse side. The scabbard has normal aging and discoloration throughout. Guaranteed original and authentic.
