SOLD - RARE SA Walther PP - Gruppe Hansa

8/18/17 - This is an ultra rare Sa Walther PP that was issued to Gruppe Hansa.  What makes it especially rare is that the SA proof features an additional marking to denote a subdivision of the Gruppe.  There were only two recorded SA PP's issued to this Gruppe in Axis Pistols, and none mention the subdivision, making this a near one-of-a-kind find!  All original and correct, the bluing rates at about 93-94%.  There is muzzle wear on both sides, and the left side of the slide shows multiple little spots of finish loss.  Not sure what caused this wear, but it is not pitting, just finish loss.  Nice mag and grips.  Excellent bore.
