2/26/19 - A “low grip screw” Mauser HSC with Kriegsmarine markings is arguably the most desirable of all of the Nazi Navy pistols as only a couple hundred were marked with an Eagle/M on the front grip strap and the vast majority served on the U-boats and ended up on the bottom of the Atlantic. Very few legit guns are known and this one just came out of the woodwork - an all original example in excellent condition, with around 94-95% of it original high gloss blue remaining. The majority of finish loss is on the right side of the slide, with a little more on the back strap and edges of the left side. The grip straps are almost perfect. Given the salt and humidity of the Atlantic, this must be one of the best surviving examples. It is an all matching gun with slide and barrel matching the last three digits of the gun’s serial number. The bore and grips are both excellent. The gun comes with its original Navy marked holster with an Eagle/M/Swastika marking and the maker mark from a well known producer of Navy holsters in Kiel. Everything about this rig is original and correct. You would be hard pressed to find a better example even after years of searching.
