3/8/21 - This is a nice example of a rare "K Date" Mauser Luger Rig issued to the Nazi military in 1934. There were only about 10,000 made in this FIRST contract military gun. The rig comes with a very nice 1936-dated holster, an "Eagle 63" Luger tool, and a mismatched "Eagle 63" magazine. The gun is all matching ,has the proper K dated military proofs, and has early "S" proofs throughout. This one also has a unit marking on the front strap. We've never seen one of these on a K date Luger before. The gun has retained about 50% of its original bluing. There is significant thinning and spotty oxidation throughout. Excellent matching grips. The bore is excellent - shiny with strong rifling.
