SOLD - Rare Ed Brown 1911 - Engraved Centennial Edition

2/27/18 -  This is a mint condition, beautifully engraved Ed Brown custom 1911, the Centennial Edition.  From the Ed Brown website, "Classic Custom - Centennial edition:

In addition to the standard Classic Custom, the Centennial edition includes the following:
•  Hand relief engraved package (includes flats of slide and frame, grip screws, and flats of thumb safety, grip safety, slide stop, and mag release).
•  Centennial edition, 1911-2011 special laser engraving on left hand side of slide. "Custom by Ed Brown" remains on right hand side of slide.
•  Custom rib on top of slide (top of slide is flattened, serrated, then relieved on each side to give the appearance of a raised rib).
•  Tru-Ivory grips instead of wood grips.
•  Jewelled barrel hood.
•  Special serial number starting with JMB prefix (signifies John Moses Browning).

Also comes with spare magazine (one is engraved) and some paperwork, as well as an Ed Brown carry case.
