04/02/2024 - For sale is a H&R M1 Garand made in 1953 that was sold through CMP after US Service. The rifle is clean with a nice parkerization on the metal. The stock is clean and free of any damages and has the CMP stamp on the left side. The rifle has many H&R parts at a glance with the hammer, safety, and barrel. The barrel is stamped "1-53." The bore is nice with good rifling but it is slightly frosted towards the muzzle.
