09/04/2024 - For sale is an Arisaka Type 38 Carbine made by the Nagoya Arsenal. The carbine is in nice condition overall but the stock has been heavily sanded and refinished. The bluing on the metal is still nice with a freckling of of oxidation visible. The Imperial Mum is untouched and original. The rifle has matching serial numbers on the receiver, nose cap, bolt, and safety knob. The firing pin and extractor are unnumbered. The metal parts look ill fitted due to the heavy sanding. The bore is fairly bright but gets darker towards the muzzle.
