5/10/17 - This is a mint Type 14 Nambu, with the original matching grips and magazine, produced in the final months of WW2. The frame dates the pistol to March of 1945, just a couple months before production of these pistols ceased. It has proper late-war features such as the large trigger guard, and slab-style wood grips. The grips and magazine are both original to the gun, and matched to the serial. This pistol looks as if it may have never seen actual use, as the original finish shows almost no wear, and the bore matches that unused condition in appearance. Would be nearly impossible to find an upgrade for a Type 14 this late.
