9/4/20 - This is a minty Ithaca 1911A1 rig issued to the US military in 1943. It comes with a minty, 1944-dated Boyt holster and an excellent spare magazine. The gun has a military cross-canon cartouche, is marked "US Army", and has "FJA" inspector initials. This gun has retained about 99% of its original finish. There is very minor muzzle wear, one very light scuff on the front left edge of the frame, and extremely light surface marks on the slide. HS barrel. Grips are minty. The holster is minty except for some surface scuffs. The bore has decent rifling but there is minor pitting throughout.
