6/1/22 - This is a very nice example of a Mauser WTP I sold in the commercial market in the 1920's. It is all matching and has the proper "Double Crown U" commercial proofs. This one comes as a rig with one proper magazine and a rare "Ersatz" paper holster. The gun itself has retained about 93-94% of its original bluing. There is minor wear around the muzzle, one spot of wear on the underside of the trigger guard, and minor wear along both sides of the slide concentrated mostly around the high edges. Some light brown patina on the front strap. Comes with an excellent black bakelite grip - no cracks or chips. The bore has decent rifling, but there is pitting throughout.
