11/4/24 - This is an Inglis High Power Mk I* issued to the Canadian military during WW2. All matching with the proper military proofs. There are "FTR 63" markings on the slide and frame, indicating this gun went through a factory repair in 1963. The gun's black enamel finish rates roughly 80% with general high edge wear with areas of chipping in the finish throughout, most obvious on the front strap and underside of the trigger guard. Fitted with period-correct black bakelite grips and comes with one magazine (dated 1968 on the bottom). The bore has good rifling, but there is light pin-pricking throughout. It comes with a matching-numbered Navy Arms import box. Oddly enough, we don't see an import mark on the gun.
