5/6/21 - This is an excellent example of a Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket manufactured in 1929. The gun comes with an original box, original manual, one proper magazine, and a Colt factory letter. The box is torn along the edges and one panel has fallen off. There is faint hand-numbering on the back of the box, but we cannot read it and cannot tell if it is matching. The gun has retained about 95% of its original bluing. The case hardening is worn on the back strap but intact on the trigger. There is wear at the rear of the slide, on the high edges of the slide, and around the muzzle. Light spotty oxidation here and there. Excellent grips. Excellent bore - shiny with strong rifling.
