6/1/21 - This is an excellent example of a Mauser Banner Luger issued to the Nazi police force in 1942. This one is all matching and has the proper police "Eagle L" proof. It was tapped for an added police sear safety, but the sear safety is missing. It has retained about 97% of its original bluing. There are a couple of small spots of wear on the front strap and minor patina on both straps. Minor wear on the side plate, side rail, and around the muzzle. Very tiny dots of oxidation here and there. Comes with excellent un-numbered grips and a period-correct un-numbered magazine. The bore has strong rifling with very minor freckling in the grooves.
