7/19/21 - This is an excellent example of an early Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket manufactured in 1911. The gun is all correct and has retained about 96-97% of its original finish. There is minor wear around the high edges of the slide and around the muzzle and minor thinning on the back strap. The entire left side of the slide has heavy spotty oxidation and freckling. Areas of freckling throughout and brown patina on the straps. Comes with excellent early grips and one proper magazine. The bore has decent rifling with minor pitting in the grooves.
